She loves learning and sees the development of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantages. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders and coaching them with demonstrated results. The experience has helped to create organizational cultures which embodied innovation in learning and the ability to change.
