Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a author, performer and actress in the US for the past 40 years. Her most well-known role is for her role as Ginger Grant (in the 60s television show Gilligan's Island). Bettle's musical Two's Company was her first acting role on stage in the 50s. After that, she acted on Broadway in various performances until 1957 when Li'l Abner made it famous at the National Theatre. The singer also released her debut album, titled It's Time to Tina during the same year. Louise made her debut in Hollywood with God's Little Acre which was a dramatic that was released in the year 1958. She was Griselda the main character of the film. In this time she was a student at the Actors Studio of New York. Lee Strasberg was her instructor. In 1964, she signed with CBS and portrayed Ginger Grant. Louise continued to juggle her acting career across Broadway as well as Hollywood playing more serious characters as in contrast to her portrayal of being a glamour girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1, she played Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. But, over the last few years she was also a prominent director for popular TV shows such as Supernatural and The 100. She was born on August 28, 1965, in Essex. As a young girl, 3, her family moved her to Toronto in Canada where she spent in the city for her entire childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver, Canada after her selection to play the lead.
